O primeiro “post” de 2011 tem que ser um sorriso!

Porquê? Porque um sorriso na face torna-nos mais optimistas e mais fortes perante momentos de stress, falta de paciência, angústia, tristeza, etc.

Depois, um sorriso na face, transmite segurança e simpatia, o que é contagiante e empático.

É tão simples sorrir e é um pequeno gesto que faz toda a diferença e nos ajuda a enfrentar os desafios de cada dia.

Em 2011 ouse sorrir. Para si, para os outros, em geral.

Depois, não se admire por receber de volta um sorriso também.

2010 está a terminar e, amanhã por esta hora, já será 2011 em muitos cantos do mundo. Nunca é demais agradecer a todos aqueles a quem chegam as “Páginas em Construção”. Obrigada pela vossa paciência em ler, obrigada pelo feed-back que me fazem chegar, obrigada por fazerem parte desta “rotina” que, de Segunda a Sexta-feira, preenche algumas horas de partilha no meu quotidiano.

Não quero demorar. Este é um tempo onde nos devemos permitir, na correria que sempre representa, algum tempo connosco, com os sonhos que sonhamos, com os projectos que projectamos, com pensamentos que pensamos, com ideias que idealizamos e perceber o que foi feito, o que ficou por fazer… É tempo de percebermos, olhando a nossa intimidade, a empatia com que amamos, escutamos, falamos, toleramos,….

Obrigada por fazerem parte da minha vida e para todos em geral, e para cada um em particular, Carole King interpretando uma das minhas canções favoritas: You’ve got a friend (Tu tens uma amiga nestas Páginas). Até para o ano!
